Time Management Tip 1


Working more than 40 hours a week is not effective.  The longer we work the more our work deteriorates.  Therefore, finding ways to work smarter so that we work less hours is a much better and more efficient way to work.

Answer these questions:


  1. Do you work late?
  2. Do you take work home?
  3. Do you skip lunch?
  4. Do you feel you have too much to do?
  5. Do you rush to meet deadlines?
  6. Do you feel stressed at the end of the day?


If you only do these occasionally then that’s fine but if you do these things on a regular basis it’s time to look at your time management.
