Time Management Tip 1
Working more than 40 hours a week is not effective. The longer we work the more our work deteriorates. Therefore, finding ways to work smarter so that we work less hours is a much better and more efficient way to work.
Answer these questions:
- Do you work late?
- Do you take work home?
- Do you skip lunch?
- Do you feel you have too much to do?
- Do you rush to meet deadlines?
- Do you feel stressed at the end of the day?
If you only do these occasionally then that’s fine but if you do these things on a regular basis it’s time to look at your time management.
